Panthers WR Stephen Hill was pulled over in Concord County North Carolina for a simple traffic stop. However, cops found more than they were expecting. According to the report, Hill had a weed pipe in his vehicle. While Hill was not arrested, most likely due to not possessing any weed, the police wrote him a ticket for having the pipe.
Hill signed with the Panthers this off season after being cut by the Jets. Hill is a former 2nd round draft pick from the 2012 draft, who played college ball at Georgia Tech.
