If you let Prince Amukamara tell it, Sunday’s season opener against the Cowboys will go a long way in determining the outcome of their season.
The Giants cornerback called the game a “must win.”
“With this organization who wants to win now and always has a sense of urgency, outside looking in, I could see everyone — sorry for the expression — but everyone’s butthole getting tight,” Amukamara said on Wednesday. “Everyone feeling like they’re on the hot seat.
“I would say this is a must-win game.”
It would go a long way towards showing where exactly the Giants fit in power structure of the NFC East. There’s still 15 games to go though.
Amukamara and company simply need to play well, and not get ran out the building.
