It’s hard to fill bad for this group of Eagles, especially since so many of them tuned Andy Reid out during his finals weeks in Philly.
Enter Chip Kelly, and the narrative is starting to sound the same.
According to sources of Stephen A. Smith — many of Kelly’s players don’t like him.
“Talk to any of these guys covering the league and they will tell you this type of stuff going on in Philadelphia — they haven’t seen this.” “I’m telling you, there’s a whole bunch of dudes in that locker room who do not like Chip Kelly.”
We’ll take that with a grain of salt, seeing as how Smith isn’t really fond of Kelly getting rid of all of his “polarizing” black players.
Kelly’s problem isn’t with his players not liking him — but his job security is contingent on them responding to him, which they’ve clearly stopped doing.
Chip’s not worried, he’s has complete job security, whether it be in Philly, or any college program he wants.
