STAY OFF BACKPAGE.COM…….
Granted, this is really entrapment, but here is the loophole of how they can arrest you. The backpage or any escorting ad is legal as long as it doesn’t say it is offering sex for cash. It can literally say anything else (massage, dinner, foot rub, netflix and chill or whatever).
As the person answering the backpage ad, you can never specifically say you want sex, agree to sex or any sexual favors for a dollar amount, if you want to stay out of jail, just be very vague and say things like.
“We can do whatever you want to do, I just wanted someone to hang out with.”
If the escort and/or cop tries to bait you into it, just continue to say.
“Whatever you like to do is fine with me, I am just paying you for your time that is all, what you want to do with it is on you.”
I’d just stay away from the ads, but if you just must have an escort follow my suggestions, so you don’t end up getting suckered by the police like this.
Authorities say Washington HAD ANSWERED AN ESCORT AD AT BACKPAGE.COM. The ad was posted in an escort section that stated: “New to Columbus, Experience the Best.”
Once in the hotel room, Washington told the officer he wanted a “short stay” at the hotel, authorities say. He was told that a short stay would cost $60. The documents state Washington took cash out of his pocket and said he had $100. He reportedly asked the officer if she had change.
The officer said she did not have change; Washington responded: “Well, what will $100 get me?”
Reportedly, Washington said, “That was fine” and put the cash on the dresser.
Authorities say the officer agreed to oral sex for $100 and then “gave the arrest signal.”
Low-key he didn’t even ask for the sex, it was the cop who made the offer, you think he is going to say no?
Funny that he asked for changed though, I feel him on that, Dollarnaire for Life.
