According to Chyna’s manager she was found dead in her home in LA. The exact cause of death has not been determined yet, but Chyna has battled a lot of demons since leaving the WWE in 2001.

Former WWE Superstar Chyna was found dead Wednesday at her home in Los Angeles … this according to her manager.
Sources close to the situation tell us she’s been on medication for anxiety and sleep deprivation — and people close to her are worried her personal demons got the best of her.
We’re told she’s also been filming a documentary and going through a whirlwind of emotions.

Chyna was the first woman wrestler who competed regularly against male wrestlers in the WWE.
She is also the only woman to hold a WWE major title (the Intercontinental title) and is considered a pioneer and trendsetter that spawned the careers of many future women wrestlers.
TMZ sources believe it was an overdose and the police have released this statement.
