8 USC offensive lineman tried to pack it in on an elevator and surprise-surprise, it shut itself down, leaving the big fellas stuck in an elevator for almost an hour. CBS broke it down really nicely:
Now, the average weight of USC’s offensive linemen is 299 pounds, so eight of them weigh nearly 2,400 pounds. That’s a lot to ask of an elevator, especially considering many have a maximum weight of around 2,000 to 2,500 pounds.
