The Portland Trail Blazers didn’t get Chandler Parsons, but they may have gotten a better player for twenty million less, as The Vertical is reporting that Evan Turner is heading to the North West.

Turner — who averaged 10.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists and one steal for the Boston Celtics last season — will give the Blazers depth and ball-handling at three different positions.
