In a fight that Floyd Mayweather had no choice but to make after the debacle that happened between him and Manny Pacquiao, Mayweather will step in the right with Shane Mosley on May 1st as reported by ESPN.
Leonard Ellerbe who is Mayweather advisor had this to say about the fight:
Although the contracts are not signed, “all of the deal points have been agreed to,” Ellerbe said. “We still have to put pen to paper, but everything is agreed to. It’s with the lawyers. Shane is a great fighter, one of the best of his era, and so is Floyd. It’s going to be a great fight. It’s a fight fans have wanted to see for a long time.”
Mayweather who has been accused of ducking top Welterweights in the past can not be accused of that now. I personally feel that Mosley is a much tougher opponent that Pacquiao.
More importantly my Vegas hot tub might be back in business.
