The question begs was this just a knee jerk reaction to Wade Phillips getting fired, Jason Garrett being the real deal or a product of the Giants being overconfident.
Maybe it was a mix of all three, but one thing that is pretty obvious.
Dez Bryant is really good.
Better than Roy Williams and you could even argue he is better than Miles Austin who is an excellent wide receiver.
What we have learned though is just having a bunch of talented skill positions players don’t add up to team victories, but since the Cowboys are looking toward the future any potential coach should be giddy at the prospects of coaching Bryant.
As far as the Giants they just prove what has been proven over and over this season, that from week to week you never know what is going to happen. There are no clear cut favorites in either conference.
