Somewhere, Peyton Hillis is dialing up McDaniel’s wife to see if she wants to reconsider.
According to ProfootballTalk, McDaniels is out and that could mean the beginning of the Tim Tebow era in Denver.
McDaniels had just received a vote of confidence for owner Pat Bowlen.
That is like the kiss of death in the coaching ranks. I thought he would make it through the season, but they have been awful plus there was Spygate 2.0.
In the end, McDaniels wasn’t ready to be a NFL Head Coach. He was a good offensive coordinator, but not ready for all the responsibilities that came with being in charge.
