Josh Hamilton is chilling in sunny Southern California right now, happy, super rich, and firing shots at his former team and city.
Hamilton was being interviewed on a local CBS Dallas affiliate, when he stated that the Dallas-Fort Worth area “is not a true baseball town, and that Rangers fans are spoiled.”
“They’re supportive,” Hamilton said about the fans, “but they also got a little spoiled at the same time pretty quickly.”
“You think about three to four years ago (before two straight World Series appearances in 2010 and 2011). It’s like, come on man, are you happier there again?”
Hamilton I would assume is still a bit salty from Rangers fans booing him and he’s teams collapse late last season. It’s definitely not going to buy him any cheers when he returns to Texas.
