There was a time when we would have never found out about this. I am happy to say that day is over. Texas A&M athletic director Eric Hyman kicked off the Brazos County A&M Club Coach’s Night by claiming:
“What do the moon and Texas A&M have in common? They both control the Tide.”
He also added to Sumlin he “wants to be able to say the same thing” in a year. “No pressure, Eric,” Sumlin said when he reached the podium. “Thank you.”
Now I know Aggies fans will say he was just speaking to his fanbase and getting them fired up, but I wonder how this is playing with Nick Saban who already has been playing highlights of the Texas A&M loss from last year on a loop in the weight room.
September 14th can’t get here fast enough.
