The Denver Broncos will be without star cornerback Champ Bailey for the second straight game as he recovers from a foot injury that kept him out the opener vs the Ravens.
Pro Football Talk is reporting that Bailey was unable to practice at all this week.
Broncos head coach said that Bailey was still on the Broncos schedule to return at some point.
“No setback, he’s on schedule. He’s making great progress,” Fox said, via the team’s website. “He’s being watched over by her medical staff and he’s getting closer.”
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and Tony Carter will continue to start at corner for the Broncos.
