The Cubs and Pirates are playing an afternoon matinee at PNC Park, and since they’re the road team Chicago went with their splendid gray “CUBS” jerseys, except for outfielder Junior Lake, who inexplicably went with the gray “CHICAGO” jersey, in what may be the most Chicago Cubs thing ever.

Lake eventually succumbed to peer pressure and common sense and changed his uniform to match those of his teammates before the second inning. Never change Cubbies…never change.
