Apparently Wal-mart does what it wants to.
Bud Elliot, of the Tomahawk Nation, reported that was the case yesterday when one of it’s stores in the area released a t-shirt with the new design. The shirts weren’t supposed to be available for purchase until 4/11/14. Florida State’s vice president for university relations, Liz Maryanski, previously told ESPN that the changes would be very minor.
“The changes are very minor and the primary thing people will see is consistency in the garnet, if you go into a sports store and look across the store, you’ll see as many shades of garnet as there are T-shirts, and we’re trying to get consistency in our colors” she said.
According to twitter however, many fans aren’t feeling the new logo. Check out a few of the responses below:
