In what you can’t exactly call surprising news, a poll was released today by E-Score that shows soon-to-be-former Clippers owner Donald Sterling is the most hated man in America. By far.
A whopping 92% of poll participants picked Sterling as the most hated man in the country following leaked recordings of racist remarks by the 80-year old.
The company said that, out of the people that were familiar with the Los Angeles Clippers owner, 92 percent said they disliked him. In the impressionable 13-24 year old male demographic, 97 percent disliked him, according to the poll.
“Donald Sterling made these callous statements and then he has more than doubled down on them since then,” said Jerry Philpott, president and CEO of E-Poll, which said it polled 1,100 people between 13-49 whose demographics were representative of the U.S. population.
Bernie Madoff, OJ Simpson, Justin Bieber and Aaron Hernandez all made the list as well, and none were more reviled than Sterling.
Do you realize how hated you have to be to beat out Justin Bieber in a poll of mainly adolescent men?
Hopefully the sale of the Clippers will take place sooner rather than later and we can all forget Donald Sterling ever existed.
