DeMarcus Cousins has found a teammate on the Sacramento Kings that he actually likes.
Rudy Gay went from malcontent in Toronto, to an efficient assassin with the Kings who raised his shooting percentage up from 46.8 percent in Toronto to 56.7 percent with the Kings.
Gay can opt out of the final year of his contract, worth $19.3 million, to test the open market, but Cousins is doing all he can to convince him to stay according to Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee.
DeMarcus Cousins said he has reached out to Rudy Gay about staying with the Kings. The two meshed well on the court.
