The woman you see above is Jayniece Prichette and frankly she should be in jail.
She is Colin Kaepernick’s false accuser of rape who they claimed that the Miami PD was corrupt and mishandled the evidence. Of course the Miami PD weren’t going to take that lying down but now they are saying they never even touched the rape kit. They say that they were contacted by the rape center with the results.
They also dropped this gem according to TMZ Sports:
Miami PD says they reached out to Prichette to follow up on her complaint — but say she “wasn’t cooperative” … and officials ultimately made the decision to end the internal affairs investigation.
So she lied about a rape accusation and couldn’t even be bothered to follow up on her complaint? This case is closed. I still believe they should file charges against her.
