TMZ is reporting that rapper Lil’ Wayne is jumping into the sports management game, and his first signing will be worldwide soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. According to the report, the sports loving rapper’s personal friendship with Ronaldo is said to be the main reasoning for the coming partnership; however it makes perfect financial sense for both as well. Weezy is a huge staple of American entertainment, and with Ronaldo’s star burning brighter than ever in the US, with his World Cup coverage seen by millions upon millions.
Wayne’s company will be handling the full bracket of Ronaldo’s affairs in the US, from marketing to endorsement deals and of course modeling; of which he’s already known for across the globe.
