Free agency is in full-swing, and the Miami Heat are wasting little time in re-tooling their roster after coming up short in the NBA Finals. With news coming out that the Heat will be re-signing Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh at a discounted rate, the team is looking at about $12 million in cap space to pursue another free agent even if they sign LeBron James to a max extension.
According to ESPN, the team is moving quickly to complete their Big Four, pursuing free agent point guard Kyle Lowry to fill a major position of need in their line-up.
The Heat have targeted Kyle Lowry and are seeking a meeting with him today. Also could target Marcin Gortat.

The point guard position was the least productive of any for the Heat in the Finals, and bringing in a player with Lowry’s talent would be a huge upgrade for the Heat.
