South Carolina sophomore QB Brendan Nosovitch is set to transfer from the school. The Gamecocks 24/7 Sports site first broke the story:
South Carolina sophomore Brendan Nosovitch will transfer, TheBigSpur.com has learned. Nosovitch wants to play quarterback and is looking for playing time at that position. As of this writing, Nosovitch has not decided where he will go to school but he will not be at practice on Thursday morning.
The former 3-star prospect was the 8th ranked dual threat QB in the 2012 recruiting class. Just this week Steve Spurrier was tlaking about trying to find ways to use his athleticism but I guess they couldn’t work it out. Nosovitch played in just three games last year. He is an interesting prospect to keep an eye on moving forward.
