Dolphins DE Dion Jordan was serving a 4-game suspension for violating the NFL’s policy on PED’s, but Jordan has found himself in more trouble with the league’s policy. This time Dion has violated the NFL’s substance abuse policy and will now have to serve another 4-game suspension

Jordan made a statement to address his situation.
“I am currently undergoing treatment to address my situation,” Jordan said in a statement. “I am working hard to become a better man and to make better choices in the future. I am especially looking forward to returning to the team. I also want to thank my family, coach (Joe) Philbin and the Miami Dolphins organization for their support.”
Either the South Beach life is catching up to Jordan, or he just has lost his passion for the game. His original 4-game suspension had been lifted when the NFL passed the new substance abuse policy. Jordan’s less than stellar rookie season followed by these back-to-back suspensions probably have the Dolphins regretting that first round draft pick.
