It appears that despite failing multiple drug test, a pending DUI case and a one-year suspension from the NFL, Josh Gordon will not fade away quietly.
Pro Football Talk is reporting that Gordon’s decision on whether or not he will take legal action against the league will occur in a “day or two”, and he’s reportedly leaning towards a lawsuit.
Decision on whether Josh Gordon will pursue legal action over his suspension will come in next day or two. Don't be shocked if he sues.

I’m not sure this is a process Gordon can win. His only shot will be to break down the system that caused him to fail his last test. Unfortunately Gordon was already a repeat offender who simply ignored the rules.
As we stated previously, regardless of the failed marijuana test, Gordon still has a pending DUI case from this offseason that also could have warranted punishment from the league.
At 23-years-old, Gordon should probably focus on getting the help he needs this year, and not worrying about the NFL or CFL for that matter.
