As if losing on the field wasn’t bad enough, Ohio State is on the brink of dethroning Michigan for the attendance crown as well.
Amid another disappointing season and calls for the school to fire athletic director Dave Brandon and head coach Brady Hoke, Michigan is now in danger of losing its No. 1 spot in attendance to archrival Ohio State.
Michigan is averaging just 104,113 fans this season, third behind Texas A&M (104,298) and OSU (106,761). The Big House has finished first in attendance for the last 16 seasons and 39 out of the last 40.
