The University of Maryland Terrapins are trying to ignite a rivalry with opponent Penn State, and I must say the Terps did a great job of starting it off. Before the game, Terrapins captains refused to shake the hands of Penn State captains. Maryland was penalized for unsportsmanlike like conduct and charged 15 yards on the kick off.
Before the handshake incident, the two teams got into a nice little pregame shoving match.
