The NFL season is officially over, so a lot of guys are finding out exactly how much trouble they can get into with all their free time. The latest is Packers tackle Letroy Guion. Guio was arrested in his hometown of Starke, FL, for marijuana possession. Starke police captain Barry Warren said that the full police report will be available later on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Guion and the Packers have been in negotiations for a long-term deal. He signed a 1-year, $1 million agreement for the 2014 season. The Packers issued a statement about the arrest.
“We are aware of a serious matter involving Leroy Guion. We have not yet spoken to Letroy and we will have no further comment.”
This wasn’t your ordinary weed possession charge.
