We reported several weeks back that Manny Pacquiao was looking to buy the huge Beverly Hills home once owned by Sean P. Diddy Combs.
The 10,000 square-foot mansion carried a hefty asking price of $12.5 million — Pacquiao reportedly getting into a bidding war over the property.
Pacquiao had an ace in the hole, and used tickets to his super-fight with Floyd Mayweather to close the deal.
“No doubt it helped,” Pacquiao’s realtor, Elsa Nelson, told USA Today. “The sellers are great fans of boxing and of Manny, so it was a big deal.”
The “completely furnished home” is a seven-bedroom, eight-bath masterpiece with a steam shower, spa and home theater. It very much looks like something from “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.”
