The New Orleans Saints are just trading away all of Drew Brees’s 2014 targets. the latest report has WR Kenny Stills being traded to the Miami Dolphins. It is a little perpelexing as to why the Saints would give up on a young prospect who has shown so much promise. Stills just turned 23 and is coming off of a breakout sophomore season in which he haled in 63 catches for 931 yards and 3 TDs. Not to mention the fact that he is under a very afforbable contract in 2015 and 2016 (585,000 & 675,000 respectively). Stills’ arrival could be the end of Mike Wallace’s short tenure as a Dolphin. Miami could be looking to build around a young WR necleus of Stills and rookie Jarvis landry, who had a very nice season himself. Ryan Tannehill is most definety pleased.
Dolphins will get WR Kenny Stills, Saints get LB Dannell Ellerbe and Miami’s third-rounder, per source.
