This week Manny led a Billy Blanks-style cardio class for some of the people in his camp.
Manny has been battling leg cramps during this training camp and this may be a way to stretch those muscles while still improving his cardio. We discussed how these cramps would effect Manny in the latest episode of “The Corner.”
If it Manny has to go full Richard Simmons (leotard, leg warmers and a headband) to combat these cramps he better do it because he stands no chance against Floyd if he isn’t 100% healthy.
