The Portland Trail Blazers just can’t seem to catch a break. After Wesley Matthews went down for the season, Portland traded for Arron Afflalo, who was suppose to be Matthews’ replacement.
However, Afflalo suffered a right shoulder strain earlier this month. In result, he missed the last three games of the regular season, but he could be returning for game two.
When Afflalo was seen leaving the locker room after Portland’s 100-86 defeat in Memphis last night, he was asked about his status.
“Yeah, I’m good.”
The potential return of Afflalo would give them a much needed boost on both ends of the floor.
