The guys at True Boxing has tracked down the infamous Pacquiao medical questionnaire where it clearly says he doesn’t have any injuries to his shoulders.
It is one of the reasons why Pacquiao could be in some legal trouble for not disclosing the injury until 2 hours before the fight. While it does show the medication he is taking, it doesn’t alert the commission that he was dealing with any type of injury before the fight.
As you can see this is dated May 1st, Pacquiao’s camp said the injury happened 2 1/2 weeks before the fight. The reason he wasn’t allowed to take a pain injection shot before the fight was because they didn’t tell the commission he was hurt.
The whole thing seems very suspect from the Pacquiao’s team. Manny is scheduled to have shoulder surgery that will keep him out at least 9 months.
