Well the Carlos Gomez trade to the New York Mets sounded good in theory, but apparently everyone jumped the gun.
This means that Wilmer Flores bawled on national television for absolutely no reason, and Mets general manager Sandy Alderson wasn’t very happy about the whole ordeal.

I don’t think social media made the trade fall apart Sandy, but hey if that makes you feel better in the end we can’t exactly stop you.
I’m sure as more info makes it way out, we will end up seeing that there was some type of red flag medically with one of the players involved in the deal.
Maybe the crazy part about this is Flores found out he was being traded from a fan and that is why he started to cry.
