Cam Newton is walking and talking like an MVP, and sometimes defending your home turf comes with the responsiblity.
Newton had no interest in allowing the Green Bay Packers to have a home field advantage at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte on Sunday.
Prior to leading his Panthers to a 37-29 win over the Packers, Newton snatched down a Packer fans sign, before heading into the locker room.
Newton threw for three touchdowns and 297 yards as the Panthers moved to 8-0. Newton then tried to explain his reasoning.

I went to see if Cam tossed banner in trash. Nope. Security guard told me he folded it up, put under arm & walked into locker room with it.
