It looks like Stacy is going to be in jail for a while.
A science teacher at Hill-Gustat Middle School in Sebring was arrested for sex crimes involving one of her students, according to the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office.
Bond for Stacy Hooks, 38, was set at a hefty $625,000 Friday morning.
She’s charged with cruelty toward a child/transmitting info harmful to minors, lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim between ages 12 and 16, and obscene communication/traveling to meet after using a computer to lure a child.
There are nine counts in all.
