Mayweather Explains How He’s Making $1Mil a Month in New IG Video

If Floyd Mayweather’s Instagram caption is true, he’s officially bigger than the sport of boxing.

In today’s climate boxing promotions are losing money at a rapid pace. PBC has had to scale back the numbers of fights they produce to save money and Top Rank promotions is hosting more PPVs in 2016 to add revenue.

Mayweather’s claim of making $1 million+ per month would explain how he’s affording these lavish world tours.

Making over a million dollars in a month is fantastic but it doesn’t compare to making $80 million for one night of work. It’ll be interesting to see if a big money fight will lure him back to the ring in 2017.

For now he seems happy parading women around Miami.
