it happened in a residential neighborhood. Suspects are in custody. It was such a senseless shooting. No one should lose their life over an argument.

Tourist staying in nearby B&b says she comforted Smith's wounded wife after shooting until police, paramedics arrived.

Witness at nearby house who declined to give name was on porch, heard yelling and about 5 gun shots, then ran inside.
