Dwyane Wade new contract might bring him more grief than the $47 million it’s worth. Wade is returning to his hometown of Chicago with a new 2 year deal.
Thanks to that new contract Wade’s ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches wants the judge to reopen the divorce settlement. Siohvaughn feels that the $5 million dollar settlement she received in 2013 is unfair. Siohvaughn has filed a lawsuit against her attorney Brian Hurst suggesting that he and Wade colluded to the $5 million settlement without her.
While a judge has already thrown out her case against Hurst. Siohvaughn has indicted that they do not intend on giving up the lawsuit. If Siohvaughn is somehow successful in her lawsuit against Hurst that would re-open her and Wade’s divorce according to the Sun Sentinel.
