Emily Marquez, the 18-year old young woman who is accusing “Straight Outta Compton” star Jason Mitchell of battery is speaking out.
In a video with TMZ.com, Marquez says Mitchell approached her and attempted to kiss her on the neck. Marquez says she rejected his advances at which time the interaction became violent. As a result Marquez says visited the hospital for a sprained neck after Mitchell slammed her on the ground. She will be taking legal action.
Mitchell’s crew says the problems all began when Marquez struck first as she tried to sneak into a private party he was having. No official word has been issued by Mitchell or his team.
