Maybe it’s the air in the locker room that’s causing New York Giants’ players to loss their cool. We have seen the many outburst from Odell Beckham Jr., now offensive lineman Ereck Flowers can’t control his emotions or keep his hands to himself.
After suffering a 23-16 loss to the Green Bay Packers, Flowers pushed an ESPN reporter away from his locker. According to NewsDay.com, the Giants and Flowers have reached out to the reporter, Jordan Ranaan, and have apologized.
“I talked to Ereck, Jerry [Reese] talked to Ereck, and P.R. talked to Ereck,” Ben McAdoo said on a Monday conference call. “We had a chance to sit him down. He called and spoke to [the reporter] Jordan [Ranaan] and apologized. He understands that he cannot behave that way. It’s unacceptable. It’s important for us all to have a professional relationship with the media, players and coaches.”
McAdoo did not speak on if Flowers would face any discipline for his actions.
