For the first time since signing with the Atlanta Hawks this past offseason, Dwight Howard will face James Harden and the Houston Rockets, but how is Howard’s relationship with Harden since his departure?
Harden put the rumors to rest regarding any friction with Howard and why he might have left the Rockets.
“It didn’t bother me. I know what the truth is, it’s no beef. We never got into a heated argument. It just didn’t work out.”
“Trust me, if we knew, it would have worked out,” he said.
Maybe the problem isn’t between Harden and Howard, but more so D’Antoni who was hired after Howard declined his player option. Howard and Harden made the playoffs three times including one Western Conference Finals appearance.
