The Game is appealing a ruling that found him liable for sexually assaulting reality show contestant Priscilla Rainey.
According to Rainey while on a date without the reality show cameras around, The Game pulled a Trump and grabbed her private areas without her consent.
The jury agreed and the judge awarded her $7+ million, but Priscilla tells the Jasmine Brand money had nothing to do with it.
This case was never about money. This was always about standing up for not only my rights, but also the rights of women who have been similarly victimized. My life has been impacted tremendously by relentless negativity, solely because I chose not to remain silent. I am hopeful that this result can empower other women to also come forward and stand up for themselves.
Rainey didn’t go to the police, so there is no criminal investigation going on. She still has the right to go to the authorities if she wants to start a criminal investigation.
