Jay-Z is going all in on relief efforts for Puerto Rico. The legendary rapper and mogul has lent his 40/40 club in NYC for a disaster relief fundraiser taking place tonight. According to TMZ, his cognac brand D’USSE will be flowing for those attending the fundraiser and donating.
The fundraiser is being organized by the Puerto Rican Family Institute and Big & Little Skills Academy, asks people to bring supplies. In a separate effort Hov’s streaming service TIDAL is reportedly planning to fly additional supplies to Puerto Rico.
Kudos to Hov for putting his money and time into this humanitarian effort.
