Philadelphia city officials are expecting the Eagles to win today and make it to the Super Bowl, so they have been preparing for an unruly celebration by fans. Preparations include using Crisco cooking grease on city street lights and traffic poles to prevent rowdy fans from climbing them.
The city calls the workers Crisco Cops and they have been greasing poles overnight to make sure the street lights don’t get torn down if the Eagles win. Crisco has so many uses.
MEANWHILE, IN PHILLY: Crews grease light poles to prevent @Eagles fans from climbing them. They call themselves the Crisco cops. 😂😂 #notajoke https://t.co/eHylRo3bvh pic.twitter.com/I7vwnYm8Fl
