Mike Jeffcoat, the Texas Wesleyan coach suspended for telling students they can’t be recruited because they wouldn’t pass the drug test, is no longer employed.
Nexton 9 News reporter Steve Stager tweeted that the University moved forward with termination after placing him on suspension when emails surfaced from Jeffcoat telling a Colorado student he would “have trouble passing their drug test,” and blamed “liberal politicians.”
