Carnival Cruise line guests are being reimbursed after a flood forced them out of their rooms and seeking safety.
New York Daily News reports that a water line break forced guests aboard the company’s Dream line out of the rooms after the floor began flooding. In a video captured by a passenger, crew members are shown forming an assembly line to remove water that displaced 100 guests while the ship was in route to the Caribbean after originating in New Orleans.
Guests affected by the flooding will be provided full refunds and a discount on a future cruise.
