It’s Monday, so that means some twitter shenanigans are taking place.
A Twitter user named Lord Rilla apparently is a nurse at a Penn University Hospital, he was posting some of his patients’ private information on the TL.
The TL it appears has a beef with Mr. Rilla for some of his previous tweets about black women and other questionable things.
What happened after that becomes a good lesson in why you should never let your Twitter persona cross over into your real life.
