The Los Angeles Lakers came home to a tough match-up off a back-to-back against the Denver Nuggets. New lineups have been experienced with and the young guys showed flashes of their cohesion and fluid play. LeBron lead the team in the first half with 14 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists at halftime.
The Lakers finished the game on 23-8 run and the supporting cast backed him up as well. James finished with 28 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists on 58% shooting. Kyle Kuzma finished with 22 points, Javale Mcgee finished with 21 points, and seven rebounds.
The guard play was spectacular between Lance Stephenson, Lonzo Ball, and Josh Hart. Stephenson and Hart both finished with 12 points. Lonzo Ball had his best game of the season, maybe not his stat line but his impact reflected on the victory last night. ball finished with 12 points, six rebounds, and eight assists.
His defense was impeccable last night, LeBron took notice post game speaking to the media about his defensive intangibles. “he’s got some of the quickest hands in the league. A lot of people want to discredit him offensively but they don’t give him enough credit defensively.”
