Last night’s game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Carolina Panthers was decided pretty quickly with a 52-21 rout of the Panthers. During the game there was unnecessary roughness due to forcible contact to the head and neck area of a sliding quarterback. The penalty was levied on Panthers safety Eric Reid when he tackled Ben Roethlisberger during the game. many including the Panthers disagreed that the hit deserved a penalty.
