Mark Allen Bartlett was arrested on a concealed weapon charge after pointing a gun at a group of teens on Monday at “Wheels Up, Guns Down” protest. His mugshot has been released and he doesn’t look phased as Bartlett is smiling. Bartlett was recorded as he called the teens the n-word and threatened them.
Video posted online Monday night shows a white man in South Florida pulling a pistol on a group of black kids and repeatedly calling them the N-word during a Martin Luther King Jr. Day protest against gun violence.
“Get the f–k out of here … f–king stupid n—ers!” the man shouts. “F–king dumb-ass f–king n—ers!”
Police told the Miami New Times that the man seen in the video — identified as 51-year-old Mark Allen Bartlett — was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed firearm.
Bartlett, who was being held Monday night on a $5,000 bond, can be seen smiling in his mugshot.
The fact that he is smiling and his bond is only $5k let’s you know he knows his white privilege is about to kick in.
