People are still talking about the Rams-Saints NFC Championship Game from last week where a missed pass interference call was the headline from the outcome. What many don’t realize is that there was a few penalties on that same play and the refs missed a lot of face mask calls against the Saints.
A YouTuber named Kent Llewelyn gave us a deeper look into that missed PI call play. The Saints’ offensive line had hands to the face and holding. What was also not seen was that Drew Brees’ pass was slightly tipped by the Rams’ defensive line. That cancels out pass interference having any chance of happening.
